FABRIC VERTICAL BLINDS

Fabric vertical blinds are an excellent alternative to the traditional curtain, offering a perfect solution for light and heat control. They are an economic way to control the climate in the room, saving you dollars on heating and cooling bills.

By closing your vertical blinds in the heat of the summer days this will assist in cooling down the room, reducing the heat and glare from the glass. In winter the opposite is done, opening them to capture the warmth of the sun during the day, and closing them to trap the heat inside at night. By rotating the vertical slats to the perfect angle, this will provide privacy and natural lighting.

Vertical blinds are practical, yet elegant solution for the modern home. They are available in translucent or block-out fabrics in a wide range of colours and textures. Most vertical fabrics are also available in matching roller blinds and pelmets. We work with Australian made fabrics to suit our conditions.

An added benefit of the versatile vertical blind is they are very simple to clean. A wipe down with a light coloured damp cloth for dirty marks is all that is required on today’s fabrics, because the fabric have been sanitised for easy cleaning.

Slat sizes available are 127mm and 89mm with a choice of weights with chains, chainless weights or sewn-in weights (eliminating the need of the chains). All Sun Stop Vertical blinds are installed by following the Australian Child Safety Laws…all cord operated systems are locked down with child safe locks or wand control systems are also available.

Vertical blinds can be custom made to fit any window size, including sloping windows.
